We understand that situations arise which make cancellations or rescheduling unavoidable. However, being a small business, last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill, and we may have already turned business away.
If a reservation is cancelled at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date there will be no charge.
Cancellations made 13 days or less in advance of your arrival date, will result in 50% of one night stay charged to your card.
When a cancellation is made within 72 hours to 24 hours of your arrival it will result in 50% of your entire stay to be charged to your card.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of your stay will result in a full charge of your entire stay to include any amenities ordered at the time of your booking.
With the concern for health and safety due to Covid cancellation within 72 hours of your stay will also be given the opportunity to purchase a gift certificate for the full amount of your stay, to be used within 1 year. Your credit card will be charged at this time.
Failure to cancel your reservation will result in charges for all nights of your reserved stay. Cancellation requests are always confirmed by the innkeeper via e-mail or phone. If you made your reservation via one of the following sites or their affiliates, Expedia, TripAdvisor, Airbnb, etc., please contact them directly for a cancellation or change.
A credit card is required for booking. Payment may be collected as early as day of your arrival. If you 'd like to pay in cash please let us know prior to your arrival date.
